Our story began in 2008 in Saint Petersburg, where the first restaurant LE BONHEUR was founded and continued in Paris in Hôtel Costes at Rue Saint-Honoré, where pastry chef Laurent Moreno presented his sweet delights to founder of LE BONHEUR. This joint effort brought to life a unique collection of artisanal pralines, which later became the foundation for LE BONHEUR chocolaterie. The first LE BONHEUR boutique was opened in Paris at 148 Rue Saint-Honoré caught the fancy of parisians, professionals and city visitors at once by its interior sense and upscale flavors. We take pride in selecting only the highest quality natural ingredients. We have created our very own and unique basil-infused oil. All our nuts are individually hand-picked and roasted. We select only the best berries and make our very own delicious blend of caramel. Our goal is to maintain the purest form of all our natural ingredients!
